You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. (We must receive the package within this time frame in order to process your refund). No returns will be accepted after this period.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags intact.
Any items that have been worn, washed, smelling of perfume/washing powder or damaged will not be accepted for return.
Sale items are final and non-refundable.
